Araksya Karpetyan was birthplace in Gyumti Armenia August 27th 1982. She will be turning 40. The identity of her father and his profession is not known, but Gayane Tumanyan is her mother. Both her parents are both Armenian who were raised into a middle-class family. Additionally she holds American nationality belongs to the ethnic group of Armenians-Americans and adheres to the Christian religion. In 1998, she suffered the Armenian earthquakes that destroyed the city of her birth. Her family moved to United States from California in the year 1990. She moved her family to the US in the year 1990 when the Azerbaijan ethnic conflict intensified while that's when the Soviet Union began to crumble. Syracuse University's SI Newhouse School of Public Communications awarded her with a Bachelor of Science in international relations broadcast journalism, public relations and communications.
